ATHLETICALLY AGING

Athletically Aging is an exercise and stretching class specialized for those needing less intensity. We use weights from 2lbs – 8lbs, resistance bands (easy to hard – yellow, green, red, blue colors), and small balls – used for balance, coordination, exercises. We also use chairs (exercises in the chairs or use for balance, stability)

Ability Level: Low intensity for all level
Classes are 1 Hour long.
Most Major Insurance Accepted.

Exercise Classes are always more fun with Friends.
