Athletically Aging is a strength and cardio class specialized for those needing less intensity. (however, anyone is invited to join). We use weights from 2lbs up, resistance bands (easy to hard – yellow, green, red, blue colors), and small balls – used for balance and coordination, exercises. We also use chairs (exercises in the chairs or use for balance, stability)
Ability Level: Low intensity for all level.
Classes are 1 Hour long.
