Preheat the oven t 350 degrees and line a parchment paper

In a food processor add onion, carrot, celery, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper, pulse until vegetables are finely chopped!
put in a pot and cook for about 10 min cooking the water out, add a can of crushed tomatoes, torn fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and cook down for about 20 min “simmer”
this next part is up to you! add red wine and cook for another 7 minutes
season with salt and pepper and top with parmesan cheese!
