2 Egg Whites, 1 Egg yolk
2 Slices of Turkey Bacon
1 Cup of Spinach
Scramble eggs, I like to season mine with Salt and Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes! I like to Bake my Bacon and have it ready for other meals, but you cook it however you like! Now for this recipe I didn’t sautee my spinach, I topped it with strawberries and used a little organic lemon vinegarette! You could also sautee your spinach with some fresh garlic and top it with cherry tomatoes! again I would season with Salt and Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes. Enjoy with a cup of Coffee or your favorite Tea!
