I think I’m supposed to write about my favorite class, but truth be told I don’t have one. I like them all. I go 3 days a week and every class I take brings a different aspect to my health journey. Every class is different each week so you don’t get bored doing the same thing. Each instructor is different. I love them all. They encourage you, help when you are not doing the movement properly (so not to strain or hurt yourself) and take time talking with you to get to know you and what you hope to get from their class. I have built friendships with all my instructors and other women who take the classes. The classes are strength training, muscle building, core work building, the body, mind, but most of all it’s FUN, FUN, FUN.
