STRENGTH & AGILITY BOOTCAMP – BERTRAM
Interval training that includes a combination of high-intensity strength and conditioning exercises alongside calisthenics. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, build strength, increase agility, improve flexibility, and/or improve your aerobic fitness, this class is for you. This class is effective for all age groups as movements can be scaled accordingly. There will be guidance throughout the workouts to ensure proper technique.

Cassey wants to genuinely know each member of Empowered, their goals, and passions in life, and to assist them in achieving them. She trains in a manner that allows each individual to learn, develop and grow at their own pace according to their needs and abilities.
