Exercise and stretching class specialized for Seniors (however, anyone is invited to join). We use weights from 2lbs – 8lbs, resistance bands (easy to hard – yellow, green, red, blue colors), and small balls – used for balance, coordination, exercises. We also use chairs (exercises in the chairs or use for balance, stability)
Ability Level: Low intensity for all levels

Exercise Classes are always more fun with Friends.
