RAWK Your Body

Remember your Rock and Roll days? We are bringing them back. Come Rock your bodies from Old School Aerobics to modern day Strength and Agility you don’t want to miss a beat in this class. This class will include calisthenics, functional movements, and isolated movements utilizing dumbbells.

This class will accommodate all fitness levels.
Class will be 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Exercise is always more fun with Friends.
