Courageous Campers

If you are dedicated enough to work out on Fun Friday then this class is for you. It will contain a variety of exercises to address flexibility, stability, agility, resistance training (utilizing weight lifting and functional movements), cardiorespiratory training and plyometrics. The variation keeps it from being mundane and provides muscle confusion to prevent stagnation. Progressions and Regression will be shown for all movements making the class suited for all levels.
