Omelettes with Basil & Strawberry Water

I like to infuse my water with different kinds of fruits and herbs! I actually froze some fresh basil in my ice cubes! and sliced up some strawberries and there you have it! infused water! This is great to do in the Morning in your large water jugs and have infused water all day.

3 Eggs Scrambled

Sauteed Portabella Mushrooms, Onions, Green Pepper, You can always add Jalepeno for a kick,)

Cooked Maple Sausage , You can use any sausage you like!

Cherry Tomatoes

Basil

Strawberries

Cheese of your choice! I used a slice of American

Unrefined Coconut Oil/Avocado Oil for cooking

Salt & Pepper You can always add red pepper flakes for a kick!

I like to make extra sausage and sauteed veggies for meal prep the rest of the week! then all you need to do is cook your eggs,)

Use a non stick Skillet, make sure you cover the bottom of the pan with oil so your eggs don’t stick, cook on medium low heat, once cooked add your cooked sausage and veggies, add your favorite cheese, and sliced cherry tomatoes, fold egg over to make an omlette! top with fresh basil! hope you enjoy
