Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers/closed-toed shoes to class.
Please check the class descriptions for information about what to bring (if anything) to classes. If you have a yoga mat and are taking a yoga class, you are welcome to bring it with you.
Each class will have its own description and effort level. If you have never taken a Yoga class before, it is suggested that you take a Beginner level class.
Don’t worry about pushing yourself beyond your means. If you get tired during a class, it is okay to stop and rest until you can re-join the group.
We provide shelving with cubicles where you can place your personal items during class times.
You should always seek medical guidance from your doctor before starting or continuing any exercise program.

No, we do not offer “Hot Yoga” classes at this time. We try to maintain a comfortable room temperature that works for the majority of people and classes.
Please always try to finish the class that you select. If you do have to leave early, please do so as respectfully as you can, and try not to disrupt the class flow.
